Do you visit my property?
We’ll arrange for a surveyor to carry out a measured survey of your property - after this we will work with you over Zoom or Teams - sharing our screens to discuss the designs. This saves time and helps us to keep our quotes low.
Do I need planning permission?
If you’re making changes to the exterior of your property, most likely you will need to notify your local council. Even if a project falls under permitted development - we recommend getting a lawful development certificate.
